What You Get
When purchasing a puppy from us, you are guaranteed a healthy dog free of any genetic diseases/disorders or egregious structural problems. Our puppies are raised in an active family environment, with people of all ages and backgrounds, various other animal species and dogs. Pups are exposed to a vast variety of sights, activities, sounds, etc. from an early age, starting with components of the Puppy Culture and AviDog programs within days of birth. All pups are vaccinated and dewormed in accordance to their age and are sent home with records of such, along with their ADBA, AADR, and/or UKC registration with full rights. Copies of pedigrees, parent health certificates, DNA certificates, etc. are available to take home upon request and availability.
The Purchasing Process

Upon viewing our upcoming breedings under the "Future" tab in the navigation bar, we encourage you to contact us with any unanswered questions or any interest.

For any given breeding, our waitlist is 5-8 slots. The first slot is always reserved for ourselves, as any breeding performed in our kennel is done for the purpose of progressing our own program. Proceeding pick order is based on a first-come, first-serve basis - you may not pay more in order to have a higher pick placement.

All pups are $700-1200 and pricing is calculated in direct accordance to the titling and testing of the prospective parents. Pricing for each breeding is clearly indicated at the bottom of the breeding's description page.

A deposit of $250 is due after pregnancy has been confirmed; deposits are refundable in instances of reabsorbed litters or instances in which not enough pups are born for everyone. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable but may be moved to another litter.

Deposits must be received before the litter is born, otherwise the slot will be forfeited to the next person in line

The remaining amount is due before or on the date that pups turn 8 weeks of age - if full payment is not received by this time, the prospective buyer forfeits their original deposit and the pup will be placed for sale again

Final picks are to be made by 7 weeks of age - we leave the decision up to the prospective buyer, however we will give our personal input on what pup(s) may best fit a prospective owner's wants/needs/intentions. We will make the final decision if requested to do so, or if a final decision is not made by 7 weeks of age

Throughout the entire rearing process, we will keep all puppy buyers continuously informed on the litter with pictures, via email, text, or messenger app (whatever is convenient to the buyer)

Pups that have been paid for in full may be picked up at any point after the date they turn 8 weeks; any pup not picked up by 12 weeks of age will be placed for sale again and only half of the paid amount will be available to return to the original buyer (this is to cover our cost in boarding, vet care, and feed)

As with anything, communication is key - we understand that life happens; keep us informed on your situation, and we will do our best to work with you and your needs. We must be informed of any adjustment needs at least 24 hours before the listed deadlines
